The Mermaid Bow Veil Hair Clip

Let's dive into the ocean and come up to land wearing beautiful visions of hair clips on our heads.  For the merwomen and mermaids around the world, I have created a new style of side veil to wear with your looks from nights out to formal events.  Let's here the call of the style sirens.

Actually sirens are a bit different than the merfolk.  I was mesmerized by mermaids as a child.  The little mermaid tale struck a chord in me that never left.  Centuries of storytelling of humans as ocean creatures thrills my heart.  So, my heart and hands created a new style of veil to be worn on profile side.  They are debuting @ SatinBowMode on Etsy.  I have only a few in the shop right now as I make everything by hand and sewing machine in one of kind to small batches.  These custom fascinators can be worn on your nights out, parties, semi formal and formal occasions.  Be daring and bold; let your fantasy come to life in your style.

Each headpiece is in a fascinator style for a woman not a girl.  No more girlie show.  It's time for the Woman Rock Show.  They are hand crafted by me HLW from supple Ultra Suede with colorful stripes in pinks, gold, blues, silver and black.  A black netting tulle is used for the mermaid bow veil with an intrinsic pattern of underwater bubbles.  On the back is a metal hairclip covered in black ribbon to make it easy to clip and go.  The hair clip is a milliner's trick of pointing the lifted end toward the back to keep it away from the face so you will slide and clip in with flat face forward instead of lifted end forward.  Hope this makes sense.  Metal hair clips are fantastic to use in hair clips instead of barrettes that can be bulky and not grab the hair securely.
